Fire in Surigao City

When I arrived home late last Saturday night, my mama greeted me with the news that part of P. Reyes St. was on fire.  My sister, who got the feed from Facebook, announced that the fire started in (or somewhere near?) RSY Bldg.  I wonder, where is RSY Bldg. located?  Though it sounds familiar, I just can't seem to remember it.  Memory gap... :)

Anyway, I hope I can stroll around the city later, take pictures of the ruins, and post it in this blog.  :)
